Free Shipping on All Ebikes.
Shipping Regions
1. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States.
2. As we ship FedEx/DHL/UPS or other similar carriers, we DO NOT ship E-bikes to PO BOXES or APO.
3. Residents of AK, HI, PR, or other U.S. territories will be contacted regarding order confirmation, as shipping to these regions may result in extra shipping fees and/or order cancellations.
If your ebike has passed the warranty period, we also offer a discount service for replacement parts, allowing you to obtain original accessories at a low cost.
Happyrunsports is proud to offer free shipping on all orders. We have warehouses in the USA, We choose the nearest warehouse for shipment according to the customer's address.
We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your order arrives on time. During the checkout process, the website will automatically free shipping for orders to your delivery address. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery address you choose, item availability, and when you place your order.
If customs fees happen, please contact service@Happyrunsports.com, and we will bear the expenses.
Shipping Time
We will arrange delivery within 24 hours after you have placed your order. (Excluding pre-sale products)
We can deliver to The United States, Canada, and all of Europe countries for now.
For orders placed in the USA, CA, German, Spain, France, Italy, Netherlands,the shipping time will take 3-5 working days.
If the transport delay happens, please let us know and we will check the shipping status;
If the orders are never received, please let us know what happened, we will check with express engency and reschedule shipment or coordinate compensation.
Order Processing
Orders received before 2 pm PST will ship the same business day from one of our US-based warehouses. Orders received after 2 pm PST will ship the next business day.
Next steps
Once your order is placed, we will send information about your order to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
Order Confirmation
The order confirmation email provides a summary of the items in your order.
Shipping Notification
Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and delivery date. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Order Tracking
To track the status of an existing order, please go to our order inquiry page. Enter your order number and the email address you used when placing your order to check the status of your order. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent your order was placed.
